now i'm thinking of returning the calculator back to the store and wait until i get my new computer and buy the calculator again. i emailed ti support about my situation and haven't got a respond. my situation is that i'm looking to upgrade to a newer laptop in a few months and need to have my student software activated on the new machine. I just recently purchased an nspire cx cas calculator and learned that the student software can only be activated on a single computer after i have already activated the software on my computer.
